The Coordinating Board for Higher Education and the Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development recognize all training opportunities beyond high school as highly valuable. Creating opportunities and removing barriers to education and training will help the state fill skills gaps and support the economy. To be the best in the Midwest in educational attainment and workforce participation by 2030, Missouri must:
