    Defined as publicly available and widely used visual representations of how every undergraduate major can be completed in two years at the associate level or in four years at the baccalaureate level. Degree maps support individualized advisement with students (both in person and online) and the course planning needs of academic departments.

    Momentum Year

    Momentum Year ensures that students meet key, first-year benchmarks by making an informed choice of a meta major or major, enrolling in 30 credits, completing nine credits in the program of study and completing gateway math and English requirements.

     

  • Math Pathways

    Math Pathways

    College Algebra should no longer be viewed as the default gateway math course. Instead, it should be narrowly viewed as a preparatory course for programs that require calculus. Rigorous courses in quantitative reasoning or statistics are more appropriate for students in programs of study that do not require calculus.
