Travis is a son and brother. Travis was raised on the southeast side of Indianapolis, where he participated in Little League baseball, and CYO organized football and basketball. Early in Travis’ childhood, his father’s vision started to deteriorate, eventually causing his father to lose his job and cutting a large portion of the family income. Thanks to the support of the Indiana 21st century Scholars program, Travis’ college hopes were still made possible. Travis, just recently, completed his Master’s degree in accounting from IUPUI, where he also completed his Bachelor’s degree. 

In Travis’ free time, he is usually studying for the CMA exam and aspires to hold both CMA and CPA licenses. When Travis is not studying, he enjoys watching local sports, spending time with his family and playing with his dog Rizzo.
