Tiffani Polk is a student affairs professional with over 10 years of experience in education. From beginning her career as an English instructor at a private school to becoming an impactful Academic and Career coach in higher education, Tiffani has developed a passion for navigating adult learners through their educational journey from enrollment to completion. Tiffani holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Adult Education with a concentration in Student Affairs in Higher Education at East Carolina University. As an Academic and Career coach, she works with students to plan a path around (or through) common new student pitfalls and unique student barriers to achieve their educational goals. Tiffani uses motivational techniques to guide students and truly invests in their goals. Her philosophy is, “While I can’t ‘play the game’ for them, I can be there along the way to push, call a time out, design a new strategy and, best of all, celebrate! When our students win, we all win.”
