Stefani Thachik serves as the Senior Advisor for the New Jersey Office of the Secretary of Higher Education (OSHE). Her main roles include assisting in the development and implementation of policy and special programmatic initiatives benefiting students within the state. Previously, Stefani also served as the Director of Policy and Outreach for the agency.  Prior to working at OSHE, Stefani worked in academic and students affairs for ten years. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, her M.Ed. in Counselor Education from Clemson University, and her B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University.
