Sarah Pecor, Assistant Vice President of Extended Campus Operations (ECO), oversees Concordia University online and center operations, ensuring optimal support for learning and equipping students to have a successful experience online and/or at one of Concordia University’s nine center locations.
This role involves supporting continuous development, implementation, and refinement of courses, programs, and services based on a culture of assessment and research. Her team focus is on providing new opportunities for students to engage in professional growth and development throughout the lifespan.
To accomplish this she cultivates relationships with leadership of each program and school to ensure a mutually agreed upon set of quality standards and processes. Additionally, she ensures that her team is actively working towards the university strategic plan to provide proper alignment with goals set, promoting the University mission and core values within Extended Campus Operations.
Another facet of her role involves budget control and management. This includes implementing critical team targets to accomplish successful ECO operations, managing facilities arrangements, information technology resources, student and faculty success support, and human resources for these operations. She works closely with both university marketing and enrollment management leaders in order to forecast ECO trends and needs.
