Renardo currently serves as the Assistant Vice President/ Dean in University College at Mississippi Valley State University. MVSU is the youngest of the Mississippi State Institutions of higher education founded in 1950. Renardo provides leadership and direction for the Academic Advising Center; Early Monitoring Alert Program (EMAP); Summer Development Program (SDP); ADA/ Services for Students with Disabilities; First-Year Experience Program (FYE); Minority Male Initiative Program (MMI); and the Sophomore Year Experience Program (SYEP). He also served as the Associate Vice President/ Dean of Students in Student Affairs at MVSU. Renardo formerly served Morehouse College as its Associate Vice President/Dean of Men and Academic Advising Center. He was responsible for the staff members within nine functional departments/units between Student Services and Academic Affairs. Renardo served the students, faculty and staff in these positions at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, the premier institution in higher education for the development of men primarily African Americans and those of the African Diaspora.
