Michelle Greco started with Delgado Community College as the Student Life Director of the West Bank Campus in August 2004. In November of 2011, she was asked to develop Delgado’s one-stop enrollment center that features cross-trained Student Affairs employees, named the Answer Center. Michelle’s most recent contribution has been the implementation of D-flow, a ticketing system that improves service delivery. Currently, she manages 3 Answer Centers, a cross-trained Call Center and continues to serve as the Student Life Director.
Michelle received her first job in Student Affairs in 1999. As Student Activities Coordinator for Nicholls State University, she worked with residence hall programming and advised the Student Programming Association. She also worked as the Muscular Dystrophy Association District Director where she produced the Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon for three years.
