university with over 120,000 students and 155,000 graduates in each of America’s states and territories—Lucas’s team maintains trust through engagement between the academic organization and external agencies (i.e., regional and programmatic accrediting bodies, state authorization bodies, professional licensing/certification agencies) in all American jurisdictions (states, commonwealths, territories, and the District of Columbia). A multiple-year Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and examiner for multiple accreditation agencies, Lucas has conducted dozens of quality reviews for multiple regional and programmatic accreditation agencies. Since 2019, Lucas has served on the Council for Higher Education Accreditation’s (CHEA) Committee on Recognition.
