Dr. Lance Bolton serves as the president of Pikes Peak State College. He’s served as a president at PPSC for 12 years and as a president in Colorado for 18 years. Dr. Bolton’s path to Higher Education leadership was unusual coming as a president from the DuPont Corporation where he served as Global Director of Research and Development for a Biotech Division. PPSC under Dr. Bolton’s leadership is relentlessly focused on improving student outcomes applying data and rigorous analysis to understanding what works for students. He has built an exceptional and diverse team at PPSC that also focuses on ensuring success for all students especially students from underrepresented groups.
