Currently serving as the Interim Director in the Center for Access and Academic Success at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES). She received her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and her Master of Arts in Education degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Community College Leadership at Morgan State University. Before she joined UMES in 2016, Kimberly had a ten-year career at Salisbury University in Maryland.
