Jessica Frost joined Middlesex Community College in December 2014. With previous experience in the United State Navy and the corporate sector, Jessica also has worked in higher education for over twelve years. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Studies from Middlesex Community College, a Bachelor’s of Arts in Art History at Framingham State College, and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration at Northeastern University.
She is currently working towards the completion of a Doctor of Management in Community College Policy and Administration with the University of Maryland University College. Her anticipated completion is in September 2018. Her dissertation-in-progress, “Mitigation of the Effects of Employee Stress Through the Development of a Community College Employee Wellness Plan” focuses on the health and wellness of community college employees and how stress may affect productivity and student success.
Jessica is the Staff Assistant for the Advising Department and provides support to Career Services. Her work philosophy places importance on the building and maintaining of relationships with all college and community stakeholders through respect, compassion, and continued collaboration.
Jessica is a member of the National Association of Career Development, the Career Counselors’ Consortium Northeast, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the International Association for Worksite Health Promotion.
