Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jennifer relocated to Elko Nevada where she stared her family. Jennifer is blessed with 3 children Emma Sprout, Alley Shafer, Conner Ford 20 and married to Jim Sprout for 15 years.
In August of 2019, Jennifer accepted the position as the Communications Director with Great Basin College. Prior to her experience at Great Basin College, she was the CEO of the Elko Area Chamber of Commerce for 6 years and the General Manager of Holiday Broadcasting for 5 years.
Outside her career Jennifer enjoys volleyball. She is the Vice President of the Police Athletic League running volleyball leagues for 5th to 7th graders. Jennifer is also the director of the Ruby Mountain Volleyball Club for ages 11 to 18.
