I am described as an energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, motivational, self-directed person, committed in my career to helping others. I have experience managing large projects and education programs within Colleges and Universities. I am currently responsible for the strategic implementation of Big Data programs focusing on entrepreneurialism and innovation aligned with industry needs. At the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University, I was responsible for managing the Board Fellows program which paired students with companies in the community allowing the students to develop their professional portfolio and complete projects for the organization. In my current role, I am responsible for building relationships, managing large grants, leading teams, and have been successful in my business development endeavors. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been creating opportunities for college students to reach their professional dreams. Through these experiences I have helped so many students transition to satisfying future careers.
