Dr. Craig R. Seal is Dean of the Office of Undergraduate Studies at California State University, San Bernardino. Prior to assuming the role of Dean of Undergraduate Studies, he served as the Associate Dean of Student Success & Assessment, the MBA Director and a tenured Professor in the Department of Management for the Jack H. Brown College of Business & Public Administration. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the George Washington University, MA in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, and BS in Psychology from Santa Clara University. Before returning to academia, he worked in various managerial and executive roles in the non-profit, real estate, and staffing industries for Goodwill Industries, Coldwell Banker, and Aquent, Inc. respectively.
