Prior to joining Complete College America, Cassie served as the Associate Director for Center for Inclusive Academic Excellence at the University of Iowa. In this role, she was responsible for implementing and scaling 360 coaching, creating co-requisite support to BILPOC and first generation students, and led the transformation of a first year experience program. She has 12 years of experience advancing equity in higher education through retention and student success initiatives at multiple public universities. She has expertise in proactive advising, 360 coaching, TRIO programs and grant writing, and academic support.
