Audrey Ellis is the founder of T3 Advisory, a strategic consulting firm. At T3 Advisory we focus on the best path forward rather than the obstacles in the way.

Ms. Ellis is a community college practitioner and a consultant. She has supported over 30 community colleges through change management and platform implementations in her time working at EAB as a researcher and consultant. She is an experienced Institutional Effectiveness leader, change agent and qualitative researcher, having worked on the ground at Northern Essex Community College.

Ms. Ellis received her B.A. from Tufts University in Sociology and Education and her M.S. Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Management (D.M.) in Community College Policy and Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus and expects to graduate in December 2024.
