Nichole Mann, M.A., comes to CCA as an alliance engagement director from Indiana University East in Richmond, IN, where she served as the director of nursing student services. Her experience includes inclusive recruitment and retention, holistic admissions, academic advising, development of student affairs professionals, success coaching, and mentoring. Highlights of her student services career include scholarly articles in the NACADA journal and the Journal of Professional Nursing, selection for the inaugural Military Mentors eMMissary leadership program cohort, and five years as President of the Indiana Academic Advising Network. Nichole earned her MA in Career and Technical Education at Ball State University and earned her undergraduate degree at Indiana University East. She continues to live and work in the Richmond community.
