Monica White served as the Associate Provost for Recruitment, Admissions, and Programming at Dillard University. Her journey in higher education began twenty-one years ago as a student assistant in the Office of Admissions, a role she held during her undergraduate studies.

She attributes her success to the pioneering women who have paved the way for her in the field. With over 17 years of experience, she is a dedicated higher education professional with a strong passion for supporting first-generation students and families. Her focus remains on student success, with a particular emphasis on enrollment and student support services.

A native of Kansas City, Missouri, and a first-generation college student herself, Monica moved to New Orleans to attend Dillard University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Dillard in 2007 and her Master of Liberal Arts from Tulane University in 2010.
