New England Policy Summit: Making Organizational Structure and Transformation Work for Student Success and Equity
On December 2-3, Complete College America will host Alliance teams and executive leadership from throughout the New England region for a Policy Summit on organizational transformation and student success.
Higher Education thought leaders, both from within the New England region and outside of it, will share expertise on how college completion is impacted by trends in organizational structure and initiatives to increase back-end efficiencies – how these can lead to or distract from institutional mission. Topics include improved transfer between two- and four-year outcomes, student lifetime earnings, organizational capacity, and the ability to close equity gaps in institutional performance on graduation metrics, wherever they may exist, whether by race/ethnicity, household income background, or rural versus metro communities.
December 2 is in-person and invitation only, while December 3 is open to all CCA Alliance members virtually. We encourage virtual attendees to join as you can (for individual sessions or the entire day).
