Dr. Brittany Francis joined Complete College America (CCA) with 14-years of strategic communications experience. At CCA, Brittany crafts its digital presence and leads its communications strategies to scale highly effective structural reforms and promote policies that improve student success.

Prior to joining CCA as its Communications Director, Brittany worked for the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA), a program of the Louisiana Board of Regents (BoR), as the Public Information and Communications Director. At LOSFA, she managed communication strategies to support the agency’s mission of promoting and providing students with opportunities that successfully prepared them for college. Executing communication strategies that foster engagement and support from media, legislators, policymakers, and stakeholders is Brittany’s passion.

In a previous role, Brittany also served as the Communications Manager for the BoR. While there, Brittany developed campaigns to promote higher education policies, planned press conferences, established best practices for social media and website promotions, and prepared speeches for the Commissioner of Higher Education.

Brittany received a Ph.D. in Education Policy from Southern University and A&M College in 2021. She is a proud wife to an Army Veteran, and a mom of three.
