I am an empathetic associate director who thoroughly enjoys coordinating student support functions aimed at prospective and existing students. My areas of expertise include interpreting and advising on program procedures, course selection, policies, resources, and goals and objectives, as well as teaching academic success skills in classroom settings and coordinating informative seminars and workshops. I collaborate closely with other campus offices to ensure a smooth and coordinated approach to student recruitment, registration performance, and retention, and am proactively engaged in diverse cross-functional initiatives to maximize the success of these functions.
