Robin Ozz is a Guided Pathways Lead for Maricopa Community College District. She currently leads curriculum mapping using backward design and change management theory in addition to integrating student support and developmental education throughout the student life cycle. She is Past-President of the National Association for Developmental Education where she focused on increasing increased professional development opportunities, research, and integrating developmental education principles into every level of the educational system.
Dr. Ozz has given over 300 keynote speeches and workshops across the country with topics ranging from Neoliberalism and Developmental Education in the United States to Breaking Barriers to Success. She has published several articles and currently works with several national educational organizations to develop and implement national student success initiatives.

Robin is currently the Director of Developmental Education and Innovation and English faculty at Phoenix College in Phoenix, AZ. Robin holds an M.Ed. in Writing/Secondary Education from ASU an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership/Developmental Education from Grambling State University.
