Trisha White is the Lead Mathematics Instructor at Ozarks Technical Community College, Richwood Valley Campus. She has a BSE in Mathematics from the University of Central Missouri and a Masters of Divinity. Currently, she is working on a doctorate in educational leadership and policy through the University of Missouri. She began as an adjunct at OTC in the summer of 2010 after spending two years teaching at an international high school in East Jerusalem, Israel. During the 2012-2013 academic year, Trisha participated in a national project that focused on best practices in developmental education. She was awarded OTC’s Excellence in Education Award in the fall of 2014 and the Governor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching in April 2015. In January 2017, Trisha joined the Missouri Mathematics Pathways Taskforce. Trisha eagerly looks for new ideas and new ways to make her classroom better.
