Doug is the Community Relations Manager for University of Phoenix’s Central Valley Campuses. He has been with the University of Phoenix since 2009 working in both Community Relations and Admissions Management. Doug helps form relationships with local University of Phoenix alumni, Central Valley community colleges, community business partners, and non-profit/volunteerism organizations. Doug grew up in Fresno and attended Reedley College en route to his Bachelors in Business Administration/Marketing from CSU, Fresno (Fresno State). Doug started his career working for Centex Homes and worked in branch, sales, and operations management in Fresno and Stockton. Doug then worked helping Central Valley businesses develop human resource practices with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and developed relationships with local CPAs, enrolled agents, and the Fresno accountant community as the Regional Accountant Specialist District Manager. Doug holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix and he is currently a PhD in Higher Education Administration candidate at University of Phoenix. Doug spends his spare time with his family and enjoys volunteering as a coach for his son’s soccer and basketball teams.
