Dean of Completion (retention, persistence and graduation) and Executive Director for Academic Advising. Provide executive leadership over academic advising for Undecided and Pre majors admitted to WVU-Morgantown, tutoring, ACCESS-Early Start, TRIO Upward Bound and TRIO Student Support Services. Furthermore, I work collaboratively with deans, directors, faculty and staff with improving first to second-year retention and four and six-year completion rates.
