Director of Student Affairs Renee Davis is a member of the Nevada System of Higher Education’s (NSHE) Academic and Student Affairs Office. Her duties include serving as the NSHE system policy liaison with the campuses for a variety of student services areas and student government leaders. She is the Complete College America state liaison for Nevada and participates in a variety of NSHE projects aimed at increasing student success. In addition, as NSHE’s financial aid and Millennium Scholarship expert, Davis works closely with the NSHE campus financial aid directors, oversees NSHE financial aid reporting, and supports the administration of the Silver State Opportunity Grant. She has been with NSHE since 1999, and her prior roles include work as a campus financial aid director and as a business analyst in system computing. She earned a B.A. in English and History and an M.A. in Educational Leadership, both from the University of Nevada, Reno. As CCA state liaison, Davis has participated in Nevada’s implementation of the CCA game changers, including 15 to Finish and Math Pathways.
