Director of Articulation and Transfer

University of Hawai'i System

In the role of Director of Articulation and Transfer for the 10-campus University of Hawai‘i System, Susan provides leadership and guidance on academic policies, course and program articulations and implements strategies to improve transfer from two-year to four-year campuses. She also serves on the Hawai‘i Graduation Initiative Team, which is responsible for increasing the graduation rates to achieve the state’s 55 by ’25 goal (55 percent of working age adults having a two- or four-year degree by 2025). Since its launch in 2012, Susan maintains the award-winning 15 to Finish campaign that encourages students to take 15 credits per semester (or 30 credits in a year) to graduate on-time.
