Larry Miller is the vice president of Learning and Workforce Development at Greenville Technical College. Under his leadership, the college’s online program has moved from unranked by Newsweek in 2022, to 21st in the nation in 2024.  Currently overseeing three capital construction projects with a combined budget of $150M, he is applying cutting-edge cybersecurity and artificial intelligence tools to industries such as construction, manufacturing, and healthcare. His benchmarking visits and program development initiatives are setting new standards in these sectors.

Larry has extensive higher education leadership experience as a chief academic officer, director of institutional research, academic dean, and superintendent of collegiate charter schools.  His teaching and scholarship underscore his comprehensive understanding of education finance and policy.

Larry holds a PhD in Public Administration from The Maxwell School at Syracuse University with specializations in public finance, budgeting, and social policy, and a BS and MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
