Paul Timmins is the executive director of the University of Oregon Career Center and leads efforts on campus to ensure that all Ducks are “career ready” when they graduate. He served as president of the National Career Development Association (NCDA) in 2017-2018. NCDA is the oldest career development professional association in the United States, and currently has 5,000 members.

He received his bachelor’s degree in speech communication and marketing from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and a master’s in student affairs administration from Indiana University.
