Conscientious higher education reformer who can communicate with both technical and functional stakeholders and use leverage student success analytics to collaboratively solve complex problems facing colleges and universities. Myriad roles throughout my eight years in academic and student affairs afford me a robust understanding of the diverse perspectives intertwined to create cultures of student success.

My introduction to Higher Ed came via coaching football with CUW, which preceded graduate school in Student Personnel Administration. An internship with Academic Advising gave me roots in student success. I’m currently working on my dissertation for the Developmental Education Administration program through Sam Houston State University.
