Building AI-Enhanced Advising

A partnership between CCA and Paritii to develop responsible AI adoption frameworks for student success

About the Partnership

Complete College America is partnering with Paritii on a six-month pilot project designed to help institutions thoughtfully prepare for AI-enhanced advising. This is not a technology rollout—it’s a strategic planning initiative that will help five selected institutions develop comprehensive implementation roadmaps while contributing to a sector-wide framework for responsible AI adoption.

Through this partnership, participating institutions will engage in pre-implementation planning to address governance, stakeholder alignment, data privacy, quality indicators, and the strategic integration of AI tools into existing advising structures.

About Swyft by Paritii

Swyft is an AI-powered college coach designed to enhance—not replace—human advising. The platform answers students’ straightforward questions 24/7, freeing up advisors to focus on complex, high-touch needs that require human expertise and empathy.

Key principle: Swyft augments advisor capacity by handling routine inquiries, allowing professional advisors to dedicate more time to students facing complex academic, financial, or personal challenges.

  • Interest limited to piloting with only one advising unit or academic department
