
About CCA Content Experts
CCA is always looking to grow our network of Content Experts to provide support to the Alliance. To be considered a Content Expert, one must have implemented one or more of CCA’s Institutional Transformation strategies and have measurable results for these efforts.
CCA Content Experts:
- Possess superior communication skills and are comfortable presenting to large, diverse audiences;
- Support CCA’s mission by sharing expertise gained through direct work with CCA Institutional Transformation strategies;
- Share expertise through in-person or virtual presentations, interviews, webinars, blog posts or other professional activities;
- Develop professional presentation materials for CCA events, including slides, artifacts and other relevant materials;
- Provide thorough feedback for all attended CCA events;
- Travel within the United States.
The role of content experts at cca
Content experts play several critical functions throughout the strategic plan implementation:
Strategic Resource Development
- Collaborate in developing and updating resources for CCA’s core strategies and Pillars of Transformation
- Help establish standards of excellence for strategy implementation
- Support the creation of implementation toolkits, rubrics, and guidance materials
Knowledge Translation and Validation
- Serve as translators to make sense of complex issues and strategies for different audiences
- Provide analytical rigor and evidence-based perspectives on critical topics
- Help codify lessons learned from past CCA efforts and projects
Alliance Engagement and Learning
- Collaborate with practitioners and CCA Fellows to define maturity levels for strategy implementation
- Support Alliance member learning through expertise sharing and perspective gathering
- Contribute to professional development content and credentialing efforts
