“North State Together” is a regional collective partnership started by a $2.5 million grant awarded by the McConnell Foundation. The project is focused on creating a “Cradle to Career” partnership in far Northern California where leaders from education, business, philanthropic, nonprofit, civic, and faith communities join together to improve education success for every child through a data-driven, collective impact approach. The goal is to increase educational options at all levels with ultimate impacts on overall economic and community health. North State Teogether serves as the backbone organization providing support to ten county collective impact networks: Reach Higher Shasta, Expect More Tehama, Advancing Modoc, Trinity Together, Cradle to Career Partnerhsip, Cradle to Careers for Siskiyou, Glenn2 Greatness, Lassen Healthcare Eecuation Collaborative, Building Butte, Sierra Strong, and Plumas Thrive.
