Join us June 8–10, 2026 for the 2026 CCA Day on the Hill, taking place in Washington, DC at the AC Hotel Washington, DC and Convention Center and Arnold & Porter Headquarters.
Complete College America is hosting our fourth annual Day on the Hill — a transformative experience designed to accelerate national student success and college completion efforts and serve as a launching point for a much larger, longer-term effort to mobilize CCA’s alliance and partners in advancing student success-focused federal policy.
Why Attend
At the center of a network unafraid of complexity, CCA mobilizes the boldest innovation at every level of higher education. CCA Day on the Hill brings together leaders across institutions, states, and policy organizations to tackle the systemic barriers that prevent students from completing their college journey and earning a degree or credential of value.
What to Expect
This year, we are focusing our two days entirely on CCA Day on the Hill — moving away from a split Policy Summit and advocacy day format to allow for deeper, more comprehensive preparation and a stronger, more unified voice on Capitol Hill.
Day 1: Preparation & Strategy – Engage with higher education experts, policymakers, and student voices as we sharpen our federal policy agenda, align on key messages, and prepare for direct congressional engagement. This day is designed to equip every attendee to advocate with confidence and clarity.
Day 2: Day on the Hill – Put preparation into action through direct meetings with congressional representatives to advocate for policies that support college completion. Attendees from the CCA Alliance will be paired with federal elected officials from their respective states.
Day 3: Debrief & Strategy Session – Reconvene to capture the themes and takeaways from our time on the Hill and translate them into longer-term, actionable strategies to advance student success policy at the federal level. This session ensures that what happens in DC doesn’t stay in DC — it becomes the foundation for sustained, coordinated advocacy by CCA’s alliance and partners.
