Overview
The CCA Accelerator is hosting a set of intensive, team-based learning experiences this summer. Each event is designed to move institutions toward transformation through expert facilitation, peer learning, and practical takeaways. Explore the full lineup below.
Pathways with Purpose

Grounded in the evidence base from College, On Purpose, the Pathways with Purpose Academy brings together institutional teams of 3–5 for two days of focused, facilitated work. Your team will leave with a concrete, campus-specific action plan, developed alongside colleagues, informed by national content experts, and shaped by the real challenges on your campus.
Your team will hear from national experts in career exploration, advising, and student success; assess where your institution stands and identify your highest-priority next steps; and learn from peer teams across approximately 25 institutions doing this work. You’ll leave with momentum, a shared plan, and new relationships to sustain it.

Data Institute

Complete College America’s Data Institute is a practitioner-focused, working event designed to help postsecondary institutions strengthen their data infrastructure across three core areas: foundational skills and knowledge, data accessibility and literacy, and cultivating a culture where evidence drives decisions.
This is not a passive conference. Teams arrive ready to work — and leave with practical frameworks, stronger peer connections, and real progress on data challenges that matter to their students and campuses.
The Institute opens with a pre-conference Foundations Day on July 27, a welcoming entry point for teams building their data practice from the ground up. Breakout days on July 28–29 offer focused, deeper-dive sessions on data governance, literacy planning, dashboard creation and design, and additional topics to be announced.
Who should attend:
- Institutional Research staff
- Office of Information Technology
- Student success, advising, or enrollment personnel
- Any relevant staff involved in the Accelerator project
