CCA Postsecondary Policy and Advocacy Student Fellowship

CCA’s policy and advocacy fellowship focuses on developing research, policy, and advocacy skills for students within the higher education sector.

What students experience in the fellowship:

  • Learn about the history of postsecondary education and major reforms to increase access and attainment.
  • Identify institutional achievement gaps in the postsecondary sector using publicly available data
  • Complete a research project and policy packet on a topic of your choosing.
  • Review and provide your perspective on new CCA strategies and policy recommendations.
  • Connect weekly with other student fellows and higher education experts.
  • Write a capstone project and present your research project at the CCA Annual Convening or on the CCA on the Air podcast.

CCA is not currently recruiting student fellows. Please check back here and follow Complete College America on LinkedIn to learn about applications for the next cohort.

Undergraduate Student Internships

CCA works with The Washington Center (TWC) to host internships, with new interns entering during the summer. If you are interested in interning with CCA, begin the internship process through TWC. Internships at CCA include a stipend and are fully remote.
