Complete Florida offers Virginia College students degree assistance

PENSACOLA, Fla. (WEAR-TV) — A free state program is available to help Virginia College students complete their degrees.

Virginia college abruptly shut down its campuses in December of 2018, this occurred a year earlier than expected.

Students at Virginia College were scrambling to find alternative options in order to complete their programs.

"Complete Florida" is a concierge service designed to help adult learners.

Complete Florida's coaches can recommend financial aid and review credits for students to see what will transfer to another institution.

Students can set up an appointment through the "Complete Florida" website.
