Tracy Johnson is the Executive Assistant for Complete College America. She brings 15+ years of experience successful at prioritizing tasks, maintaining the organization and optimizing workflow. She is dedicated to exceeding business objectives with an organized approach and strong multitasking abilities. She is eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. She serves as administrative support to the senior executive team as well as all other staff members. In her previous role at Riverview Health Physicians, she served as the Front Office Coordinator. Tracy was responsible for managing the daily operations and overseeing the schedules of 10+ providers who provided services to over 150+ patients a day. Before joining Riverview Health Physicians in 2011, Tracy served as the Assistant Branch Manager at Monroe Bank/Old National Bank. There she managed the opening and marketing of a new branch location. She also participated in the efforts of bringing in new clientele and businesses. Her efforts resulted in a successful launch and increased revenue. Tracy holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
