CCA Fellows are a select group of the Alliance’s most respected and accomplished content experts and thought partners. As leaders in their respective areas, they have dedicated themselves to student success, embracing bold reform and implementing CCA's strategies. They work closely with CCA, sharing their knowledge with the Alliance, and come together to confront and overcome higher education's greatest challenges.
Alliance Leads are responsible for providing oversight and coordination for local initiatives as well as CCA-sponsored projects, acting as a strategic thought partner and leader, and promoting the efforts and importance of CCA.
As the primary staff member responsible for leading our overall communications strategy and crafting our digital presence, the Director manages many projects and objectives, including audience engagement, social media campaigns, storytelling efforts, online publications, and brand management.
This position will lead in reports creation associated with CCA work, including measuring the effectiveness student success reforms. The selected candidate will also help promote data availability and maturity across the CCA Alliance, having prior understanding of how postsecondary student success practices work.

The successful candidate must demonstrate adeptness at seeking knowledge, leading with innovation and integrity, advancing diversity and inclusion, engaging locally and globally, and embracing the responsible stewardship of resources. The Strategy Director will serve as the lead on matters pertaining to the CCA’s strategic pillars and will work to develop relationships across their Alliance region and with higher education partners.
The Director will serve as the lead on matters pertaining to the pedagogical use of web-based instructional software, and reports on matters pertaining to the advancement and the needs of the Alliance relative to implementation and delivery of technical assistance, professional development, and continuing education.
