Pamela Stephens is Director of the Center for Educational Support Programs and Coordinator of the Regents Bachelor of Arts (RBA) Degree Program at Fairmont State University. She received her B.A. degree in English from Penn State University and her M.S. degree in educational leadership from Troy University. She is currently pursuing an Ed.D. degree in Leadership Studies at Marshall University. Her professional interests include post-secondary access and completion, student persistence and success, academic and career advising, and personal and professional development.
